We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding any issues with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

If approved, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement item

You will not be required to return the item in these cases.

 

General Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

For all other return requests (including buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or no longer wanting the item):

We offer the following resolution options:

  • A 30% refund to your original payment method, or
  • A 30% store credit for use on a future purchase

Customers may choose their preferred option.

Returns by Shipment (Optional)

If you prefer to return your item for a full refund:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must contact us first to receive return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not guarantee that return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale items

 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
